Narrative:
60-70 NM southeast of nepta it was apparent that ATC had failed to hand us off to the next controller as we were unable to contact ZMA on 124.7. We then made contact with ZJX on 124.77 and re-established ATC communication.

Title: INTERFAC ARTCC PROB SINCE FLC OF B757 DID NOT RECEIVE FREQ CHANGE HDOF TO THE NEXT ARTCC FACILITY.
Narrative: 60-70 NM SE OF NEPTA IT WAS APPARENT THAT ATC HAD FAILED TO HAND US OFF TO THE NEXT CTLR AS WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT ZMA ON 124.7. WE THEN MADE CONTACT WITH ZJX ON 124.77 AND RE-ESTABLISHED ATC COM.
