Narrative:
Requested deviation west off course as previously advised unable easterly deviation due non radar environment. Cleared to deviate west without restr by ZJX. During deviation we were cleared descend FL290, again, without restr or TA. During descent, TCASII advised traffic as we were given radar heading. This was the 6TH deviation of the day and for every deviation that had a mileage limit, we would put an offset into the FMC. Without any limitation, we did not have any offset. Later on same frequency, we were advised loss of separation had occurred.
