Narrative:
Possible hazmat onboard. Flight phl-mia approximately 160 NM north of mia we received a message from dispatch that they had been notified that phl ground personnel may have svced our lavatories with a mixture of jet fuel and blue water. The flight attendant had reported to me earlier in the flight that there was no water in the toilets. Upon investigation we surmised no fumes at all. I then blocked off all lavatories, pulled the circuit breakers for the lavatory flush motors, asked ATC for priority handling straight to runway 9L mia. I did not declare an emergency for we had no fumes, but I did have the arrf trucks meet the aircraft upon touchdown and follow us to the gate. Landed without incident and taxied to gate. After all passenger deplaned, fire and rescue personnel checked aircraft for fumes and said they could not detect any. How does jet fuel get near a lavatory-vehicle let alone into an aircraft lavatory.
