Narrative:
Approximately 1 hour after takeoff, the 'a' flight attendant entered the cockpit and informed me that the extra flight attendant was acting in an inappropriate manner towards the passenger, that he appeared intoxicated and that there may be a smell of alcohol on his breath. I told the 'a' flight attendant to monitor the situation and to let me know immediately if the extra's behavior changed at all. Approximately 1 hour later, the 'a' flight attendant informed me that the extra was definitely drunk, that he could now smell alcohol on his breath, and that he had played with the handle on the 3L entry door. I instructed the 'a' flight attendant to return to the cabin, relieve the extra of his duties, bring me his company identify, and his keys to the cockpit. The extra was placed in a window seat in the last row of the aircraft and a commuting company pilot was placed in the aisle seat to monitor him for the remainder of flight. Upon arrival in lax, the extra was met by a company supervisor and los angeles police officers. Extra was taken to a facility for alcohol and drug testing.

Title: A321 FLC ORDERED AN EXTRA CABIN ATTENDANT TO BE SEATED IN THE BACK OF THE ACFT DUE TO HIS UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS WITH PAX AND THE PLAYING WITH ONE OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLES. HE WAS MET ON LNDG BY COMPANY SUPVR AND POLICE AND TAKEN AWAY FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING.
Narrative: APPROX 1 HR AFTER TKOF, THE 'A' FLT ATTENDANT ENTERED THE COCKPIT AND INFORMED ME THAT THE EXTRA FLT ATTENDANT WAS ACTING IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER TOWARDS THE PAX, THAT HE APPEARED INTOXICATED AND THAT THERE MAY BE A SMELL OF ALCOHOL ON HIS BREATH. I TOLD THE 'A' FLT ATTENDANT TO MONITOR THE SIT AND TO LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY IF THE EXTRA'S BEHAVIOR CHANGED AT ALL. APPROX 1 HR LATER, THE 'A' FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED ME THAT THE EXTRA WAS DEFINITELY DRUNK, THAT HE COULD NOW SMELL ALCOHOL ON HIS BREATH, AND THAT HE HAD PLAYED WITH THE HANDLE ON THE 3L ENTRY DOOR. I INSTRUCTED THE 'A' FLT ATTENDANT TO RETURN TO THE CABIN, RELIEVE THE EXTRA OF HIS DUTIES, BRING ME HIS COMPANY IDENT, AND HIS KEYS TO THE COCKPIT. THE EXTRA WAS PLACED IN A WINDOW SEAT IN THE LAST ROW OF THE ACFT AND A COMMUTING COMPANY PLT WAS PLACED IN THE AISLE SEAT TO MONITOR HIM FOR THE REMAINDER OF FLT. UPON ARR IN LAX, THE EXTRA WAS MET BY A COMPANY SUPVR AND LOS ANGELES POLICE OFFICERS. EXTRA WAS TAKEN TO A FACILITY FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING.
