Narrative:
During rollout on runway 1 at dca I heard the control tower instruct a lear jet, to cancel his takeoff clearance. After the controller finished that command he told us, to hold short of runway 33. The captain applied more braking and came to a stop short of runway 33 about the time the lear passed through the intersection. We then cleared the runway at intersection north and taxied to the gate. After talking to the tower we learned the controllers had been pulled and they were conducting an investigation. The controller also stated the controller mistakenly cleared the lear while trying to clear aircraft on runway 4 for takeoff.

Title: CTLR AT DCA CLRED A LEAR JET FOR TKOF ON RWY 33 WHILE AN A320 WAS LANDING ON RWY 01.
Narrative: DURING ROLLOUT ON RWY 1 AT DCA I HEARD THE CTL TWR INSTRUCT A LEAR JET, TO CANCEL HIS TKOF CLRNC. AFTER THE CTLR FINISHED THAT COMMAND HE TOLD US, TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 33. THE CAPT APPLIED MORE BRAKING AND CAME TO A STOP SHORT OF RWY 33 ABOUT THE TIME THE LEAR PASSED THROUGH THE INTXN. WE THEN CLRED THE RWY AT INTXN N AND TAXIED TO THE GATE. AFTER TALKING TO THE TWR WE LEARNED THE CTLRS HAD BEEN PULLED AND THEY WERE CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION. THE CTLR ALSO STATED THE CTLR MISTAKENLY CLRED THE LEAR WHILE TRYING TO CLR ACFT ON RWY 4 FOR TKOF.
