Narrative:
Atl approach was dumping aircraft out the east gate in a situation where a solid line of WX had blocked the entire departure area except for 1 hole right on the boundary between 16-east departure and 49-logen arrs. I was working D16, and all the logen arrs were trying to go through the same hole as the departures. Twice I called to the supervisor on duty and told him the situation was untenable. He ignored me until the logen controller asked 'who is this aircraft in our airspace with no handoff or pointout?' when the supervisor finally came over to look at what was going on, I told him that if he was not going to do anything about this dangerous situation, then we needed a tracker. His response was to remove me from the position and put someone else in. This supervisor is probably the laziest I have ever worked with, and refuses to do anything to relieve dangerous sits. And once again, the deviation was not reported because a supervisor's inaction was a factor.

Title: ZTL R16 CTLR ADDRESSES SECTOR CONGESTION TO SUPVR, BUT ACTION TAKEN ONLY WHEN ZTL R49 CTLR QUESTIONS AIRSPACE DEV BY AN UNCOORD ACFT.
Narrative: ATL APCH WAS DUMPING ACFT OUT THE E GATE IN A SIT WHERE A SOLID LINE OF WX HAD BLOCKED THE ENTIRE DEP AREA EXCEPT FOR 1 HOLE RIGHT ON THE BOUNDARY BTWN 16-E DEP AND 49-LOGEN ARRS. I WAS WORKING D16, AND ALL THE LOGEN ARRS WERE TRYING TO GO THROUGH THE SAME HOLE AS THE DEPS. TWICE I CALLED TO THE SUPVR ON DUTY AND TOLD HIM THE SIT WAS UNTENABLE. HE IGNORED ME UNTIL THE LOGEN CTLR ASKED 'WHO IS THIS ACFT IN OUR AIRSPACE WITH NO HDOF OR POINTOUT?' WHEN THE SUPVR FINALLY CAME OVER TO LOOK AT WHAT WAS GOING ON, I TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS DANGEROUS SIT, THEN WE NEEDED A TRACKER. HIS RESPONSE WAS TO REMOVE ME FROM THE POS AND PUT SOMEONE ELSE IN. THIS SUPVR IS PROBABLY THE LAZIEST I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO RELIEVE DANGEROUS SITS. AND ONCE AGAIN, THE DEV WAS NOT RPTED BECAUSE A SUPVR'S INACTION WAS A FACTOR.
