Narrative:
In reference to a NASA report sent yesterday (jul/wed/01, a medical diversion), discovery that medical kit was actually a first aid kit, the following should have been added to that report: we replaced used oxygen bottles and got a new medical kit to proceed with the trip. I asked the maintenance supervisor at the time if he wanted me to put these into the logbook, and he said it was not necessary. All during this time frame, the station manager was pushing to get the plane off the gate, and with our high adrenaline state of just doing a hurried diversion, medics trying to save a passenger's life, and preparing for a quick turn, I made the mistake of not filling out the logbook. In retrospect, this should have been done.
