Narrative:

During taxi out, we didn't get our close-out. I called loads and they said they wanted the number of passenger. The captain called #1 and asked how many passenger we had. She replied with the numbers from the agent. We then told loads and they sent us the close-out and 1 revision. After takeoff, we received close-out revision 2. This showed 9 more passenger than the last close-out. The captain asked for the number of passenger again and the flight attendant did a head count. With allowances for a lap child, the number matched. The last revision said 95 passenger. We counted 96 plus 1 lap. The first 2 revisions had 87 with 10 in first and 77 in coach.
