Narrative:

We were flying a full pattern into port clinton, broadcasting on each leg. We saw someone cutting grass who drove right across our landing runway after we turned final. The same runway was used by someone when we were 10 NM out. We almost flew a go around but he was going fast enough to clear it by the time we were over the numbers. Grass cutters must not be getting instructions on how to cross a runway or something. The FBO didn't seem interested in what happened. They didn't know who was cutting the grass or that there was someone out there.
