Narrative:

Received IFR clearance (mcminnville FSS) and entered clouds at 6000 ft (1580 ft AGL). Flew through V25 (eastbound) approximately 10 NM deviation. No traffic in area, but ATC was understandably critical -- single pilot IMC climb with icing during climb distraction my navigation focus. I reported position and correcting action to ATC.
