Narrative:

I was climbing out of luk maneuvering through a scattered layer. I was using GPS for primary navigation. My GPS screen went blank, then radios began to blink. Ammeter showed discharge. Low voltage checklist did not correct. While distraction by electrical system failure, I continued to climb past 5000 ft into the class B without clearance. I discovered this at 7000 ft and elected to go out the top (8000 ft) as the quickest way out of class B. Once above class B I proceeded south, descended south of kgz and proceeded VFR NORDO back to luk along ohio river. Relayed message via cell phone and '911' to luk tower and landed by light gun signals.
