Narrative:

During climb out, the right engine oil strainer clogging annunciator light illuminated. We followed our cockpit operating manual procedure to reduce thrust and monitor engine indications. We contacted our dispatch and maintenance control. After determining remaining engine indications, returned to within limits (oil temperature went into yellow arc). Maintenance control advised to return to msp with engine running at reduced thrust. Landing msp uneventful.
