Passenger X got aggressive and hit me. Local auths in colombia unable to arrest the passenger due to absence of blood or injury. Suggestion: aircraft should return to the united states to arrest and fine aggressive passenger.

Title: B727-200 CABIN ATTENDANT COMPLAINT THAT FOREIGN AUTHS WOULD NOT ARREST PAX AFTER LNDG BECAUSE THERE WERE NO VISUAL SIGNS OF INJURY.
Narrative: PAX X GOT AGGRESSIVE AND HIT ME. LCL AUTHS IN COLOMBIA UNABLE TO ARREST THE PAX DUE TO ABSENCE OF BLOOD OR INJURY. SUGGESTION: ACFT SHOULD RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES TO ARREST AND FINE AGGRESSIVE PAX.
