Narrative:
Changed destination and did not get a NOTAM briefing for quincy. They had a temporary tower set up (for 2 weeks) because of special skydiving event. They were to monitor unicom and tell us of the tower frequency. We called 3 times on unicom and they did not answer, so we landed. We then landed and got reprimanded for not getting the NOTAM. That, of course was our mistake, but theirs was not answering unicom as they were supposed to.
