Narrative:

I was taxiing from ramp at tso. I and my passenger (ATP rating) looked for traffic and did not see or hear anyone so I announced that I was going to back-taxi for takeoff on runway 25. Then I heard someone say 'is that all you're going to do?' I replied that after doing a run-up I would be departing runway 25. By this time I was 1/3 of the way down runway 25 from ramp and a cessna went overhead from behind and announced he was going around and would land on runway 25. He was landing on runway 7 and thought it was runway 25. He entered downwind for runway 7 and announced he was downwind for runway 25. Conclusion: I erred by not seeing the cessna. The cessna obviously had lots of time to abort landing. The cessna was confused about which runway he was landing on. The cessna said he had made radio calls but I did not hear any until after his go around.

Title: B55 AND LNDG CESSNA REQUIRED A GAR AT TSO.

Narrative: I WAS TAXIING FROM RAMP AT TSO. I AND MY PAX (ATP RATING) LOOKED FOR TFC AND DID NOT SEE OR HEAR ANYONE SO I ANNOUNCED THAT I WAS GOING TO BACK-TAXI FOR TKOF ON RWY 25. THEN I HEARD SOMEONE SAY 'IS THAT ALL YOU'RE GOING TO DO?' I REPLIED THAT AFTER DOING A RUN-UP I WOULD BE DEPARTING RWY 25. BY THIS TIME I WAS 1/3 OF THE WAY DOWN RWY 25 FROM RAMP AND A CESSNA WENT OVERHEAD FROM BEHIND AND ANNOUNCED HE WAS GOING AROUND AND WOULD LAND ON RWY 25. HE WAS LNDG ON RWY 7 AND THOUGHT IT WAS RWY 25. HE ENTERED DOWNWIND FOR RWY 7 AND ANNOUNCED HE WAS DOWNWIND FOR RWY 25. CONCLUSION: I ERRED BY NOT SEEING THE CESSNA. THE CESSNA OBVIOUSLY HAD LOTS OF TIME TO ABORT LNDG. THE CESSNA WAS CONFUSED ABOUT WHICH RWY HE WAS LNDG ON. THE CESSNA SAID HE HAD MADE RADIO CALLS BUT I DID NOT HEAR ANY UNTIL AFTER HIS GAR.
