Narrative:
At approximately XA45, I landed on runway 21 at burns, or. After landing, noticed plastic cones at intersection of runway 21/3 and runway 30/12. Apparently I did not notice an 'X' on the approach end of runway 21, nor was there any information on the recorded AWOS, nor did mcminnville FSS have any NOTAMS indicating that runway 21/3 was closed. There was no damage to the aircraft, the runway, the plastic cones, or interference with other aircraft -- only a great deal of embarrassment and retrospect on missing visual clues that were overlooked.

Title: BE90. AFTER LNDG, A PLT NOTICED PLASTIC ROAD CONES BLOCKING INTERSECTING RWYS AT BNO.
Narrative: AT APPROX XA45, I LANDED ON RWY 21 AT BURNS, OR. AFTER LNDG, NOTICED PLASTIC CONES AT INTXN OF RWY 21/3 AND RWY 30/12. APPARENTLY I DID NOT NOTICE AN 'X' ON THE APCH END OF RWY 21, NOR WAS THERE ANY INFO ON THE RECORDED AWOS, NOR DID MCMINNVILLE FSS HAVE ANY NOTAMS INDICATING THAT RWY 21/3 WAS CLOSED. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE ACFT, THE RWY, THE PLASTIC CONES, OR INTERFERENCE WITH OTHER ACFT -- ONLY A GREAT DEAL OF EMBARRASSMENT AND RETROSPECT ON MISSING VISUAL CLUES THAT WERE OVERLOOKED.
