Narrative:
#2 engine MEL'ed regarding the ability to obtain 1R power. On departure out of C4QX, I was advised by the flight engineer that #2 was now throttle limited as was #1. I looked down at the EPR gauges and the pointers were near where they were supposed to be but the digital readouts were about .23 shy of maximum. The speed of the aircraft was about 110 KTS. In that the aircraft was accelerating normal, I elected to continue the takeoff rather than initiate an abort. I thought it was safer to continue the takeoff rather than try and stop it. The appropriate write-ups were made at the next airport.

Title: A LOCKHEED 1011 ON TKOF FINDS THAT #2 ENG IS THROTTLE LIMITED, #1 ENG PREVIOUSLY DEFERRED AS THROTTLE LIMITED, TKOF CONTINUED SUCCESSFULLY.
Narrative: #2 ENG MEL'ED REGARDING THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN 1R PWR. ON DEP OUT OF C4QX, I WAS ADVISED BY THE FE THAT #2 WAS NOW THROTTLE LIMITED AS WAS #1. I LOOKED DOWN AT THE EPR GAUGES AND THE POINTERS WERE NEAR WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE BUT THE DIGITAL READOUTS WERE ABOUT .23 SHY OF MAX. THE SPD OF THE ACFT WAS ABOUT 110 KTS. IN THAT THE ACFT WAS ACCELERATING NORMAL, I ELECTED TO CONTINUE THE TKOF RATHER THAN INITIATE AN ABORT. I THOUGHT IT WAS SAFER TO CONTINUE THE TKOF RATHER THAN TRY AND STOP IT. THE APPROPRIATE WRITE-UPS WERE MADE AT THE NEXT ARPT.
