Narrative:
Aircraft X checked on my frequency at FL310 requesting FL350. I called the hankeye sector at ZMP and they approved the climb to FL350. I issued the clearance to the aircraft and then xferred communications to hankeye. I neglected to point out the aircraft to the dsm sector, which owns FL330 and below.

Title: ZAU CTLR COORDS WITH ZMP SECTOR WHICH CTLS THE CORRECT STRATIFIED ALT, BUT NOT THE ZMP SECTOR THAT THE ACFT CLBS THROUGH TO GET TO THE HIGHER AIRSPACE SECTOR.
Narrative: ACFT X CHKED ON MY FREQ AT FL310 REQUESTING FL350. I CALLED THE HANKEYE SECTOR AT ZMP AND THEY APPROVED THE CLB TO FL350. I ISSUED THE CLRNC TO THE ACFT AND THEN XFERRED COMS TO HANKEYE. I NEGLECTED TO POINT OUT THE ACFT TO THE DSM SECTOR, WHICH OWNS FL330 AND BELOW.
