Narrative:
After a long day and flying our last leg back to ord, we realized that our zero fuel weight had increased 5700 pounds and we did not get a new release from dispatch. We had been involved in getting maintenance to fix the radar. The thunderstorms in the area caused our distraction. No one informed us our passenger count went way up.
