Narrative:
I obtained the clearance from ase ground, which had a rerte in it. I then asked the captain for his permission to call dispatch with the rerte. He agreed. I called dispatch on the radio and they told me to stand by for the new fuel loads. During this time, the captain started all 4 engines and I got our calculated zero fuel weight and tow from ase operations with 9000 pounds of fuel. The dispatcher came back on and gave me the new minimum fuel load of 9700 pounds. I informed the captain of the new load as he was already taxiing without ground clearance and without doing the after start checklist. He told me to tell them we had 9700 pounds of fuel and to get the new takeoff weight -- which I did, after my protest -- then I asked him if he got a taxi clearance as he was entering the taxiway a. He said no, so I called ground, then ran the skipped checklists.

Title: A BAE146 FO RPT ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM DISPLAYED BY THE PIC WITH REGARD TO FUEL REQUIRED AND TAXI PROCS AT ASE, CO.
Narrative: I OBTAINED THE CLRNC FROM ASE GND, WHICH HAD A RERTE IN IT. I THEN ASKED THE CAPT FOR HIS PERMISSION TO CALL DISPATCH WITH THE RERTE. HE AGREED. I CALLED DISPATCH ON THE RADIO AND THEY TOLD ME TO STAND BY FOR THE NEW FUEL LOADS. DURING THIS TIME, THE CAPT STARTED ALL 4 ENGS AND I GOT OUR CALCULATED ZERO FUEL WT AND TOW FROM ASE OPS WITH 9000 LBS OF FUEL. THE DISPATCHER CAME BACK ON AND GAVE ME THE NEW MINIMUM FUEL LOAD OF 9700 LBS. I INFORMED THE CAPT OF THE NEW LOAD AS HE WAS ALREADY TAXIING WITHOUT GND CLRNC AND WITHOUT DOING THE AFTER START CHKLIST. HE TOLD ME TO TELL THEM WE HAD 9700 LBS OF FUEL AND TO GET THE NEW TKOF WT -- WHICH I DID, AFTER MY PROTEST -- THEN I ASKED HIM IF HE GOT A TAXI CLRNC AS HE WAS ENTERING THE TXWY A. HE SAID NO, SO I CALLED GND, THEN RAN THE SKIPPED CHKLISTS.
