Made a relatively soft landing at ZZZ. Spoiler handle cycled from armed to deployed and back to disarmed. Throttles were slightly above idle, estimating less than one knob width above idle.

Title: AN MD-80 ON A RELATIVELY SOFT LNDG HAD THE GND SPOILERS DEPLOY THEN IMMEDIATELY RETRACT. THROTTLES SLIGHTLY ONE KNOB WIDTH ABOVE IDLE.
Narrative: MADE A RELATIVELY SOFT LNDG AT ZZZ. SPOILER HANDLE CYCLED FROM ARMED TO DEPLOYED AND BACK TO DISARMED. THROTTLES WERE SLIGHTLY ABOVE IDLE, ESTIMATING LESS THAN ONE KNOB WIDTH ABOVE IDLE.
