Narrative:

I was plucking tickets and as I gave the passenger back his boarding pass he said something to me and I smelled alcohol on him. I watched as he staggered down the jet bridge. I went after him and met the captain coming up the jet bridge. He witnessed what was going on and called the supervisor. Supervisor came down to talk to passenger. Passenger wouldn't leave. The local police were called. Passenger still wouldn't leave. Fbi came and passenger went willingly. I don't know how this passenger made it so far to the gate without anyone seeing his condition. He was issued a boarding pass and went thru security. People need to be more alert.
