Narrative:
Elderly passenger was confused while trying to find the bathroom and accidentally move the lever to door 2L causing a door light in the cockpit while in flight. A flight attendant immediately lowered the handle and the light went out. There were no indications of a change in pressurization. Flight attendant assisted and counseled passenger and kept an eye on him for the remainder of the flight. Captain referenced in-flight manuals and contacted appropriate agencies. No further problems with passenger and remainder of flight was uneventful.

Title: B737-300. ELDERLY PAX CONFUSED THE GALLEY LOADING DOOR AND THE LAVATORY DOOR.
Narrative: ELDERLY PAX WAS CONFUSED WHILE TRYING TO FIND THE BATHROOM AND ACCIDENTALLY MOVE THE LEVER TO DOOR 2L CAUSING A DOOR LIGHT IN THE COCKPIT WHILE IN FLT. A FLT ATTENDANT IMMEDIATELY LOWERED THE HANDLE AND THE LIGHT WENT OUT. THERE WERE NO INDICATIONS OF A CHANGE IN PRESSURIZATION. FLT ATTENDANT ASSISTED AND COUNSELED PAX AND KEPT AN EYE ON HIM FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FLT. CAPT REFERENCED INFLT MANUALS AND CONTACTED APPROPRIATE AGENCIES. NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH PAX AND REMAINDER OF FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL.
