Narrative:
While turning over rosewood VOR, had RA alert while in left turn. Had aircraft in sight, VFR. Other aircraft seemed to be climbing into our altitude. We were in left turn. Did not appear to be conflict, but RA alert came on. At night, VOR navigation signal seemed erratic en route to rosewood. ZID gave us headings to fly.
