Narrative:
While on a test flight at paby to check repair to flight controls, I took off on runway 10L departure after a student pilot in aircraft Y with his instructor. I maintained at least 1 mi separation and announced my position. The instructor stated he was touch-and-go while turning final. In the low light condition, I thought he had turned off the runway before I landed. He complained to me on the ground while I was fueling that I had landed while he was on the runway. I asked why he announced touch-and-go but stopped 300 ft down runway and turned off. He did not answer. He also stated that I cut him off in the pattern. I followed his exact path but extended at ends because I was faster. There was another plane that flew across the field that did come close to him midway of downwind. I saw this from my position. I think he thought this was me. I believe aircraft Y announced touch-and-go but stopped intentionally to create a conflict because he was irritated by the aircraft that had crossed the field close to him believing it was me.
