Narrative:
While in the pattern the tower controller lost 2 airplanes. The first one he cleared to land. The pilot responded he was 'on the ground!' the second was a seneca twin. It had been doing closed traffic. While the twin was on base leg the controller lost the aircraft and had to ask for its location. After the pilot responded the controller started to yell and put down the pilot of the twin. This controller created an unsafe environment at the airport as well as the cockpit. I cannot solo students with this controller on duty.
