Narrative:
Passing through security screening, xyz concourse, phl, without setting off alarms, I did not remove my cap when asked, resulting in arrest. Multiple factors resulted in the unacceptable result, however, a lack of focus from the support security staff contributed to conflicting directions and consequent confusion.

Title: A CAPT, RPTING FOR WORK AT PHL, WAS ARRESTED BY SECURITY PERSONNEL FOR REFUSING TO REMOVE HIS CAP WHEN REQUESTED TO DO SO.
Narrative: PASSING THROUGH SECURITY SCREENING, XYZ CONCOURSE, PHL, WITHOUT SETTING OFF ALARMS, I DID NOT REMOVE MY CAP WHEN ASKED, RESULTING IN ARREST. MULTIPLE FACTORS RESULTED IN THE UNACCEPTABLE RESULT, HOWEVER, A LACK OF FOCUS FROM THE SUPPORT SECURITY STAFF CONTRIBUTED TO CONFLICTING DIRECTIONS AND CONSEQUENT CONFUSION.
