Narrative:
I was handed off by st louis approach to cps (parks) tower, cleared for visual approach. I was informed I was #2 following a malibu, which I confirmed in my view. Upon contact with tower, I was told I was #4 behind a trainer who was 'abeam the numbers.' I had already been brought in for a left base. The plane abeam the numbers was never seen by me. I was very scared because the plane would be to my left, coming at me. When I notified the tower I didn't have the plane and that I thought I was in a compromising position, he inappropriately let me know he was 'the one controling the traffic.' I don't think he knew where I was or the other plane's position. I was finally vectored and instructed to land on runway 30R. Another unidentified aircraft went around while I was landing because my aircraft was not in his sight. I tried to talk to the tower off duty, but they did not want to talk to me. Instead, they made issue of my legality of being at the tower. An argument ensued. Tower person has superiority 'do no wrong' attitude that won't allow for cross communication to correct safety issues. Note: they did not have me report/call the tower. I might have done something wrong, I don't know. However, one of us -- including st louis approach -- could have caused a collision.

Title: C210 PLT COMPLAINS TO ATCT CTLR CONCERN ABOUT ACFT RPTED TO BE ON A POSSIBLE COLLISION COURSE TO HIM WHICH HE HAS NOT SIGHTED. HOWEVER, THE CTLR ADVISES THAT HE IS CTLING TFC AND SUBSEQUENTLY ON THE GND HAS THE RPTR ARRESTED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT WHEN HE TRIED TO DISCUSS MATTER WITH ATCT.
Narrative: I WAS HANDED OFF BY ST LOUIS APCH TO CPS (PARKS) TWR, CLRED FOR VISUAL APCH. I WAS INFORMED I WAS #2 FOLLOWING A MALIBU, WHICH I CONFIRMED IN MY VIEW. UPON CONTACT WITH TWR, I WAS TOLD I WAS #4 BEHIND A TRAINER WHO WAS 'ABEAM THE NUMBERS.' I HAD ALREADY BEEN BROUGHT IN FOR A L BASE. THE PLANE ABEAM THE NUMBERS WAS NEVER SEEN BY ME. I WAS VERY SCARED BECAUSE THE PLANE WOULD BE TO MY L, COMING AT ME. WHEN I NOTIFIED THE TWR I DIDN'T HAVE THE PLANE AND THAT I THOUGHT I WAS IN A COMPROMISING POS, HE INAPPROPRIATELY LET ME KNOW HE WAS 'THE ONE CTLING THE TFC.' I DON'T THINK HE KNEW WHERE I WAS OR THE OTHER PLANE'S POS. I WAS FINALLY VECTORED AND INSTRUCTED TO LAND ON RWY 30R. ANOTHER UNIDENTIFIED ACFT WENT AROUND WHILE I WAS LNDG BECAUSE MY ACFT WAS NOT IN HIS SIGHT. I TRIED TO TALK TO THE TWR OFF DUTY, BUT THEY DID NOT WANT TO TALK TO ME. INSTEAD, THEY MADE ISSUE OF MY LEGALITY OF BEING AT THE TWR. AN ARGUMENT ENSUED. TWR PERSON HAS SUPERIORITY 'DO NO WRONG' ATTITUDE THAT WON'T ALLOW FOR CROSS COM TO CORRECT SAFETY ISSUES. NOTE: THEY DID NOT HAVE ME RPT/CALL THE TWR. I MIGHT HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG, I DON'T KNOW. HOWEVER, ONE OF US -- INCLUDING ST LOUIS APCH -- COULD HAVE CAUSED A COLLISION.
