Narrative:
Situation occurred while returning from taking pictures of a country ranch. The photographer requested we go by another house and take pictures. The house is in a rural housing area. We made four passes starting from 1000 ft AGL. I concentrated on airspeed and position. The altitude drifted down to about 400 ft AGL. Upon returning to the airport I found a citizen had called to complain about a low flying aircraft. I need to hold altitude or else never agree to do another photo mission.
