Narrative:

We were taxiing to takeoff for an IFR flight. We stopped behind other aircraft. When we tried to taxi again, the brakes were locked. We advised ground control and we called for assistance. The mechanic found the heat pack jammed. We were towed to a hangar where the brakes were replaced.

Narrative: WE WERE TAXIING TO TKOF FOR AN IFR FLT. WE STOPPED BEHIND OTHER ACFT. WHEN WE TRIED TO TAXI AGAIN, THE BRAKES WERE LOCKED. WE ADVISED GND CTL AND WE CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE. THE MECH FOUND THE HEAT PACK JAMMED. WE WERE TOWED TO A HANGAR WHERE THE BRAKES WERE REPLACED.
