Narrative:
On an air carrier flight at cruise altitude of FL390, flight attendant came to cockpit with a note found by a passenger in a magazine. The note said 'flight will explode.' an emergency was declared and a rapid descent made to land at ZZZ. 250 KIAS exceeded below 10000 ft MSL in rapid descent due to nature of situation. Approach and landing to runway were normal. Aircraft was stopped in a secure area, and passenger deplaned.

Narrative: ON AN ACR FLT AT CRUISE ALT OF FL390, FLT ATTENDANT CAME TO COCKPIT WITH A NOTE FOUND BY A PAX IN A MAGAZINE. THE NOTE SAID 'FLT WILL EXPLODE.'
