Narrative:
Through communication with ATC, we understand we flew through a tfr which was established around a nuclear power plant facility on nov/thu/01 at approximately XA00 hours local time. We were cruising at 11,500 ft MSL with a cloud deck below us in VFR conditions. Utilizing a world aeronautical chart, we were unable to decipher the location of nuclear facilities. In the future, we will utilize ATC with flight following services or an IFR flight plan to prevent this occurrence. This tfr incursion was inadvertent. Further, reception of the NOTAMS from flight service did not include the location(south) of nuclear power plants.
