Narrative:
On IFR flight plan. Cleared from ZZZ direct ZZZ1. Received no vectors. Overflew power plant. Location of plant not on low altitude enroute chart. Location not provided in briefing. No known way to determine location. How do I avoid this in future? Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter alleges the AAA center supervisor told him that although the controller was wrong for not turning the pilot away from the tfr, the pilot was in error for filing over through the tfr. When asked of its location, the supervisor responded with that 'he was unable to provide that information.' on his return flight, each controller was asked to provide vectors around any tfr, which was done once. Back at his departure point, the FSS supervisor advised him the tfr was at WWW, but would not tell him where. The pilot questions how he and other pilots are to avoid tfrs without specific locations of depicted on sectional charts.

Title: ZZZ SUPVR COUNSELS GA PLT FOR OVERFLYING TFR WHILE UNDER CENTER CTL ON IFR FLT PLAN.
Narrative: ON IFR FLT PLAN. CLEARED FROM ZZZ DIRECT ZZZ1. RECEIVED NO VECTORS. OVERFLEW PWR PLANT. LOCATION OF PLANT NOT ON LOW ALTITUDE ENROUTE CHART. LOCATION NOT PROVIDED IN BRIEFING. NO KNOWN WAY TO DETERMINE LOCATION. HOW DO I AVOID THIS IN FUTURE? CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR ALLEGES THE AAA CENTER SUPVR TOLD HIM THAT ALTHOUGH THE CTLR WAS WRONG FOR NOT TURNING THE PLT AWAY FROM THE TFR, THE PLT WAS IN ERROR FOR FILING OVER THROUGH THE TFR. WHEN ASKED OF ITS LOCATION, THE SUPVR RESPONDED WITH THAT 'HE WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THAT INFO.' ON HIS RETURN FLT, EACH CTLR WAS ASKED TO PROVIDE VECTORS AROUND ANY TFR, WHICH WAS DONE ONCE. BACK AT HIS DEP POINT, THE FSS SUPVR ADVISED HIM THE TFR WAS AT WWW, BUT WOULD NOT TELL HIM WHERE. THE PLT QUESTIONS HOW HE AND OTHER PLTS ARE TO AVOID TFRS WITHOUT SPECIFIC LOCATIONS OF DEPICTED ON SECTIONAL CHARTS.
