Narrative:
I departed xzz at approximately XA00 to practice a localizer approach to runway 36 at xyz. I intercepted the XXX NDB and as I crossed the NDB inbound I heard center contact xyz unicom and also a mooney about to land if they were aware of any other aircraft at 3500 ft. I acknowledged that I was at 3500 ft gave my nc nbr and position. Center asked for my name and phone number and told me that I needed to call center immediately after landing. I requested to return to xzz and after a minute he advised me to use flight following and gave me a new squawk. I climbed to 4500 ft and reported this altitude. After being handed off to xzz approach and landing I called center and was advised that I had gotten too close to the power plants of yzz. He then requested my mailing address and advised me that FSDO would contact me.

Title: A PLT VIOLATED THE RESTRICTED AIRSPACE AROUND A PWR PLANT.
Narrative: I DEPARTED XZZ AT APPROX XA00 TO PRACTICE A LOCALIZER APCH TO RWY 36 AT XYZ. I ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS AT 3500 FT GAVE MY NC NBR AND POSITION. CTR ASKED FOR MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO CALL CENTER IMMEDIATELY AFTER LNDG. I REQUESTED TO RETURN TO XZZ AND AFTER A MINUTE HE ADVISED ME TO USE FLT FOLLOWING AND GAVE ME A NEW SQUAWK. I CLIMBED TO 4500 FT AND RPTED THIS ALTITUDE. AFTER BEING HANDED OFF TO XZZ APCH AND LNDG I CALLED CTR AND WAS ADVISED THAT I HAD GOTTEN TOO CLOSE TO THE PWR PLANTS OF YZZ. HE THEN REQUESTED MY MAILING ADDRESS AND ADVISED ME THAT FSDO WOULD CONTACT ME.
