Narrative:
First officer was given taxi instruction to taxi to runway 4, hold short of runway 10/28. I read back the instruction without the hold short runway 10/28 and neither of us caught the mistake. No one was in danger, I checked the runway before crossing and no aircraft were around. My first officer noticed the mistake after crossing because he was doing his checklist items.

Title: BAE 4100 CREW HAD A RWY INCURSION AT ROC.
Narrative: FO WAS GIVEN TAXI INSTRUCTION TO TAXI TO RWY 4, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 10/28. I READ BACK THE INSTRUCTION WITHOUT THE HOLD SHORT RWY 10/28 AND NEITHER OF US CAUGHT THE MISTAKE. NO ONE WAS IN DANGER, I CHKED THE RWY BEFORE XING AND NO ACFT WERE AROUND. MY FO NOTICED THE MISTAKE AFTER XING BECAUSE HE WAS DOING HIS CHKLIST ITEMS.
