Narrative:
At approximately XA30, an airport contractor cut an under ground cable. Our frequencys and landlines were temporarily lost. Upon reconfign of the icss, several frequencys and landlines, and all communications with pns tower were still OTS. The system, for the most part, were restored around XC30. However, we have been experiencing continuing frequency problems ever since the cable was severed. Also, the airport contractor cut the same cable the next day, jan/tue/01, but the outage was of shorter duration.
