Narrative: TAXIED PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE ON TXWY M FOR RWY 25L AFTER MKE TWR CANCELED A 'POS AND HOLD RWY 25L' CLRNC. THIS RESULTED IN AN ACR ACFT ON FINAL GOING AROUND.
