Narrative:
During a training cross country flight, the ceilings were becoming increasingly low, due to unfamiliar airport. I began my descent. I realized I was on final for the incorrect runway after I felt like evasive action could be safely taken. Therefore, I completed touch-and-go and departed as planned.
