Narrative:
Flight XXX took off from bdl at XA45. Approximately 10 mins later I heard the warning horn in the cockpit. I tried to contact the cockpit via the interphone, there were no answers. The masks fell, I tried to contact them again, still no response. I made the decompression PA. The other 3 flight attendants walked through the cabin to check on passenger. There were 13 rows where the masks did not fall. Probably 3 mins later the captain made a PA to stay on oxygen until they got things under control. The captain announced a few mins later that oxygen was no longer necessary and we would continue to ord. After we arrived in ord I asked the first officer what happened. He said a pack went out and they manually had to switch to the other pack. I asked what altitude we maintained. He said 28000 ft. We were not happy about this decision.
