Narrative:
On approach to lax, I misunderstood the landing runway off the arrival. My first officer did not say anything even though he knew I had briefed the wrong runway. Socal vectored us onto the correct runway and I dialed in the ILS and landed without any problem. However, the first officer failed to speak up and question me even though my initial briefing to him had been to question anything he did not understand or believed to be incorrect.
