Narrative:
I had dropped my son off in burlington, vt, and was returning to N99 near philadelphia. We had flown up ahead of a front approaching from the west extending along our entire route of flight. Waited all afternoon for frontal passage and into evening. Cleared to taxi to runway 19. must cross runway 15 to get to runway 19. There was a lull in traffic. Was doing rolling runup and checks, mentally reviewing takeoff and departure. Thought, did not think, about holding short of runway 15. Realized as I was crossing runway 15, I should not be there. Lined up on runway 19 as there was no place else to go. No traffic in sight, I checked before crossing runway 15. I knew the procedure was to hold short of runway 15 to call ready for runway 19. I was thinking about runway 19 not runway 15 and never saw hold short line for runway 15, dark, rain, and workload. I canT believe I made this mistake, but I did. Called on it by tower and departure very embarrassing, unprofessional.

Title: PA28 PLT HAD A RWY INCURSION ON RWY 15 THRU 33 AT BTV.
Narrative: I HAD DROPPED MY SON OFF IN BURLINGTON, VT, AND WAS RETURNING TO N99 NEAR PHILADELPHIA. WE HAD FLOWN UP AHEAD OF A FRONT APCHING FROM THE W EXTENDING ALONG OUR ENTIRE RTE OF FLT. WAITED ALL AFTERNOON FOR FRONTAL PASSAGE AND INTO EVENING. CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 19. MUST CROSS RWY 15 TO GET TO RWY 19. THERE WAS A LULL IN TFC. WAS DOING ROLLING RUNUP AND CHKS, MENTALLY REVIEWING TKOF AND DEP. THOUGHT, DID NOT THINK, ABOUT HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 15. REALIZED AS I WAS CROSSING RWY 15, I SHOULD NOT BE THERE. LINED UP ON RWY 19 AS THERE WAS NO PLACE ELSE TO GO. NO TFC IN SIGHT, I CHKED BEFORE CROSSING RWY 15. I KNEW THE PROC WAS TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 15 TO CALL READY FOR RWY 19. I WAS THINKING ABOUT RWY 19 NOT RWY 15 AND NEVER SAW HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 15, DARK, RAIN, AND WORKLOAD. I CANT BELIEVE I MADE THIS MISTAKE, BUT I DID. CALLED ON IT BY TWR AND DEP VERY EMBARRASSING, UNPROFESSIONAL.
