Narrative:
Immediately following landing on runway 8L, I was asked to expedite taxi onto taxiway C. However, with the low light and the taxi stripe not very bright, it was difficult to find taxiway C, especially after the merge of runway 17/35, 8L/26R runways. Went to make turn on taxiway C and went into grass area. No damage and was able to get back on taxiway to complete taxi to ramp. Callback conversation with controller revealed the following information: controller advised that there has been no reports from other pilots about similar occurrences. The taxiway is lighted and has proper markings.
