Narrative:
During a very turbulent part of flight sfo-hnl, passenger X seated xyz rang call light. When I approached him I asked what could I do for him. He said 'take my trash.' when I reached to seat where there were cans, glasses, he grabbed the can and gave me his emergency card, magazine and some newspaper. I asked him if there was any more, or was this it? He said no. When I came past his seat for 'seatbelt check' and get cabin items (trash), he stopped me and told me 'you flight attendants are (I can't remember term he used, but like 'princesses') and on my last flight I did not get a can of soda, and I am a frequent flier and travel [several] mi. He became loud, louder, meaner and scared me to the core. His face was red. I had to leave his tyrant raging behavior because I was sobbing. I could not stop sobbing and could not go in the aisle. He wanted my name. He told the flight attendants he needed to speak to someone in charge. The purser gave him her card with the flight number, date, base and told him that a manager would talk with him in hnl. When the other passenger saw how he was acting, they expressed concern and offered names as a witness to his inappropriate behavior. One passenger was at xya and xyb. When the flight arrived, FAA, manager, hnl security and police were at jetbridge to get my statement and speak to him. When the purser told him the manager was there, he continued walking away and up the jetbridge towards the terminal. I found out after my encounter with him that flight attendant #2 had 2 or 3 conversations with him about complaints on other flts he had been on. He was complaining before he gave her his boarding pass in sfo at XA00. He was traveling with his wife and a young girl (daughter?). The flight was turbulent. Seatbelt sign was on. There was not a movie showing, no headsets. Air carrier manager took my report and flight attendants #2's report. His behavior was irrational and interfered, disrupted the flight.
