Problem Areas | Passenger Human Performance |
Primary Problem | Passenger Human Performance |
Narrative:
Passenger was served 3 double gin and tonics. We cut him off. Flight attendant #2 served him #7 when he complained. We told passenger to remain in seat for duration of flight. He became belligerent and started verbal abuse of nearby passenger. Passenger around complained. #4 flight attendant talked with passenger. He became more abusive (argumentative). I talked with passenger, we made agreement he would settle down and remain in seat. He did. Upon landing and deplaning, passenger pushed his way from seat #XXX to #YYY. Yelled about getting out of aircraft. Said he was a soldier from afghanistan. Aircraft was met by lax police who handcuffed passenger. They were still talking with him when flight attendants left jetbridge.
