Narrative:
Prior to our departure from miami we checked the performance considerations for MEL item, (anti-skid inoperative), resulting in no restrs for takeoff. We also checked for landing performance at svmi runway 9 on page svmi-6 in the runway analysis for flaps 30 degrees, anti-skid inoperative and wet runway conditions, also resulting in no restrs (maximum landing weight 170000 pounds). We had an actual landing weight of 153000 pounds. The flight was conducted normally during descent. We were cleared down to 4000 ft, 3000 ft and 2000 ft while being vectored for an ILS DME runway 9 approach. At 2000 ft and 7 DME we descended on the GS in landing configns on bug speed (146 IAS). During approach we encountered moderate rain until about 1000 ft and 4 NM. At that point it became light, and the runway and the airport were in sight, the landing was normal, full reverse and the runway was vacated at taxiway east. After making the first right turn off taxiway F the captain noticed that the airplane was unstable during taxi, so the captain stopped and had the fire department inspect visually the landing gear. They informed us that #4 tire was blown. The captain parked in that position, the passenger deplaned through the aft airstairs to the buses that the captain requested from company.

Title: ONE MAIN LNDG GEAR TIRE BLEW OUT ON A B727-200 DURING LNDG ROLL. ACFT STOPPED ON TXWY AND PAX DEPLANED VIA REAR AIRSTAIR DOOR.

AFTER MAKING THE FIRST R TURN OFF TXWY F THE CAPT NOTICED THAT THE AIRPLANE WAS UNSTABLE DURING TAXI, SO THE CAPT STOPPED AND HAD THE FIRE DEPT INSPECT VISUALLY THE LNDG GEAR. THEY INFORMED US THAT #4 TIRE WAS BLOWN. THE CAPT PARKED IN THAT POS, THE PAX DEPLANED THROUGH THE AFT AIRSTAIRS TO THE BUSES THAT THE CAPT REQUESTED FROM COMPANY.
