CRJ1 on vector 110 degrees, DC9 on 360 degrees. Went on to make a handoff and to check on other aircraft to climb on course. Conflict went off between the 2 aircraft. I took action to correct problem. Supplemental information from acn 532404: aircraft Y on a vector to join the kekee arrival to dayton approach. Aircraft X on vector to departure cvg sebound. At 12000 ft, TCASII goes off as aircraft X climbs through altitude of aircraft Y. Both aircraft turned to the left. Supplemental information from acn 532403: I was working coordinator.
