Narrative:

After takeoff from sea, we were climbing and at about 14000 ft when the captain rang me and said we had a 'pressure seal' or locking problem with forward galley door. Told me we would be diverting and landing in pdx in approximately 10 mins. The door did not sound nor look strange. (Possibly 'louder than normal' shhhing noise.) I informed passenger, we landed and were on the ground in pdx for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
