Taxiing to runway 12L stl, missed turn onto taxiway 'a,' crossed hold short line of runway 12R, ground control called 'stop,' aircraft stopped prior to runway. Crew was recomputing takeoff data for a runway change at the time. Supplemental information from acn 533073: while taxiing out at stl both pilots were involved with input of final numbers and a runway change.
