Narrative:

I was cleared thru ZZZ, us delta airspace from the south. I was on a medavac mission. I was just crossing the approach end of runway 10, when the controller on duty called out a departure king air. The controller also pointed me out to him. As I looked out of my 9 O'clock, the king air was turning left and inside of me. I took no evasive action. However, the turn by the king air was. After I had dropped off my patient and crew, I landed a tzzz and called the tower. The controller was sorry for not calling him out ot me earlier. I asked if the king air pilot was upset over this and the controller said they were not sure. Two factors I believe caused this: I failed to see the kng air on the runway and the controller did not point out the king air until he was airborne.
