Narrative:
Level at 3200 ft MSL on a vector to intercept localizer to runway 29 at oak we had a GPWS activation. The escape maneuver was performed (maximum power was used instead of fire wall power). We advised ATC and they said we were at our minimum maneuvering altitude. We descended back down to 3200 ft.
